launcher.exe.SomeNumbers.old in the Opera folder

I have a lot strange files in the Opera folder. Their names are launcher.exe.SomeNumbers.old . What are they? What should I do?

@Natalia1234gggggggg launcher.exe is Opera's executable file.
Maybe there were problems updating it during updates, so those .old files were created.

I guess you can delete those old files.
