If I use Opera for mobile, can I protect my phone from installing any spyware such as Tinder spy apps and others? I think that there are some persons that would like to monitor my activity online.

AVG scan missed various malware that Malwarebytes catches and quarantines. Also, once you subscribe to any of their products and then decide it's not for you, you will have to buy a software removal program to scrub your device completely of AVG. They hide operation files in directories where add/remove programs will not delete it from so they can periodically toss their promotions up on your screen.

I've been using AVG for years and have never had a problem. They notify you every time they block some malware and viruses. I used AVG Free for many of those years and never had a problem. I started using paid version a couple of years ago so I could protect email and all. Still have had no virus nor malware. AVG, in my opinion, is the best on the marker. I tried all the others, and the two largest antivirus companies, let me get infected and destroyed my software. I worked for a municipality, and our IT guy introduced me to AVG, which he was using to protect our computers. I downloaded AVG Free and have never had a problem since.

@awhiteunicorn: there might be some politics behind it. AVG has been around for years and I wouldn't choose any other. It is very much known and reliable.
