Under 'Privacy Protection,' there is a link to view blocked trackers.

Please answer each question separately:

1. Just to double-change, is it safe to open the list because I am only checking what has already been blocked OR does viewing them open them with the potential to be tracked?

2. Is there a way to 'clear' blocked ads and trackers or is it done automatically when the tab is closed?

In that case, do you do anything special to clear ads and trackers after your Opera session or do you just close the tab?

It is a white circle with light grey dots so it just blended in with the background-That is why I did not notice it.
