Image title/alt tags not disappearing when mousing over the image

For an example with this link the images at the bottom page have an alt/title.

When you mouse over one of those images and then move the mouse away while still on the image, the tooltip stays up and doesn't disappear like it should.

Is this common behavior for Opera?
