[Solved]Blocked from downloading Opera extensions and Wallpaper even though I'm using Opera.

My current Opera is Version: 66.0.3515.44

I re-downloaded the browser and disabled Ublock Origins, HTTPS Everywhere and 360 Internet Protection, but still get this:

Opera browser required.
Download Opera

Where extensions highlight/banner is and Install should be. Anyone got an idea on how I can fix this?

@KLVI Go to opera://flags and reset it. check if it helped.
