Start Page - Customizing Rows and News Feed

  • The size of my screen 1920x1080, and on the Opera's start page, the search bar is at the top of my screen (0 px) and the news feed at the bottom (1080 px). There's nothing in the middle of the screen, and this cannot be changed unless I add speed dial buttons that I never use. I can't move the search bar down, or the news feed up.

I also cannot change which news sites should and should not appear in my news feed. All I want is NRK and possibly BBC, but no, I mostly get sensationalist news outlets like VG and Dagbladet, personal blogs like ITAvisen, and Bloomberg-owned propaganda outlets like ABCNyheter, which by the way, is using Google Translator now. Oh, and, really? How? Why? I'm a single 30+ year old man whose primary diet is fast food, I don't "make" food... no, no, no.

Please, let me change these things.

  • Well, did you try setting "Hide speed dial" in Settings?

Nothing you can do about which newsfeeds are shown on the start page, sorry.

  • Alright,
    thanks for answering.

    Will do.
