Slow speed at speed test

Opera has seemed pretty slow lately compared to chrome I ran a speed test on https://www.speedtest.net and got 20 mbs download and I ran another on chrome and got 930 mbs I was wondering what could be causing this and how to fix it

@blad2563 I've got the same results both on Opera and Chrome.

Maybe you had VPN enabled?
