I have missin the GX's UI icons

I don't known what's on and what's off. Can anyone give me some instruction please.

What's supposed to be missing? Looks like a maximized window ... the icons are red (or whatever color you set them to) outlines, but they are all there.

@passakorn-nack I have tried to re-install (With no deleting my old data and deleting my old data too) but no sign of solution.
