Need a way to disable all notifications

Opera keeps popping up a dialog for various websites, asking if I want to enable notifications. I never want to enable notifications, and I don't want Opera to keep asking, but I cannot find any way to specify that.

The only options there are (a) an explicit block list, (b) an explicit allow list, and (c) an "ask before sending" option. There is no "deny all" option.

@bhami Put the toggle to the left to block notifications.
