Opera Flag Problem in Windows?

this flag Called (#global-media-controls) does not work in none of the latest Operas include 'n Opera GX when it is Enabled

Note - the flag works in the latest stable builds of Chrome, Chromium, and Slimjet..

@nvmjustagirl Not all Chromium flags will work in Opera. One that seems to change the UI almost for sure won't work since Opera has its own UI and they would need to include that element.
