i can't use vpn opera ? vpn is filter . can i help me?

Some countries - and some security software - block Opera's VPN. If you're in a country that blocks it, nothing you can do, sorry. If your firewall is set to block non-standard ports, tell it to allow Opera to use them. Otherwise ... make sure you enable it in Settings, then you will be able to access it in the address bar.
