Snapshot tool not blue with upgrade

I just upgraded to the latest version. Before this the snapshot tool's icon in address bar used to be blue and on opening some pages it will also show a drop down but that feature seems to have been removed in the latest version. Has it been removed or do I need to do something to activate that feature?

@testing345 I guess the blue icon was just something temporary to get some attention to the feature.

And what was in the dropdown? It completely slipped my mind what was there. It will appear sometimes when I will open a new tab. I couldn't find any official documentation on that.

Sometimes when I will open a new page, the blue snapshot icon will show a drop down.
