  • I came from Chrome and i have one simple request about the UI.
Opera menu icon on top left corner is a bit on sore spot when i try to click the adjacent tab. I keep, accidentally, click the menu icon than the tab.

I think it will look clean when you can put a setting to enable/disable the opera menu button

The other option is to embedded into hamburger icon.

  • Barring that it's not a hamburger... it is a bunch of sliders like on a mixer, to suggest "settings". If it were a hamburger though...

  • Vivaldi has a setting for this in vivaldi://settings/appearance/. It's the "Menu icon style" setting. The choices are "Vivaldi icon" (where it just has a V icon with no text, but a tooltip that says "Menu" on hover) and "Menu icon", with the latter meaning the hamburger icon.

It's really nice to have that option. I set it to "Menu icon". Would indeed be great if Opera had it too, but with an addition "No icon" option to solve your case.
