How do I export password from opera standalone

Thanks for the answer .... But the problem is I migrated from win7 to win10 I moved my opera folder (stand alone) to the new OS I got everything other than the saved passwords..... I double checked the folder(s) integrity and the problem stays

@nemonemis Your saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials. Once you changed the OS, your passwords became inaccessible.
