Problems with youtube with v65

Hi,

Basically since v64 (now I've installed v65) I'm experiencing two issues in youtube only with opera (tested with FF and Iron and no problems at all).

1. High cpu usage during playback (probably due to the sound animation in the tab)
2. My default language is changed constantly to arabic (when I set it to english in YT config), I found a work around resetting all the info on youtube's cookies with "editthiscookie" extension but the problem is very annoying and I've to do that at least once per day.

No, I don't use the vpn.
