A new user who wants to use vpn service asking for help.

Can anyone give me a picture of the button "open the vpn" or something? I failed to find it after staring at my screen for 10minutes.

First of all, there are a few countries that prohibit VPNs - if you're in one of those places it will never work. If you're not in such a place, first go to Settings > Advanced > Features and set Enable VPN - but note that option just enables the feature (if it is available in your area). It will display a VPN button inside the address bar which you still have to click on to actually use the VPN.
