startup problem

I have a problem probably after the last update. Opera sometimes won't turn on. When you press the icon, nothing just happens. Reinstalling the browser does nothing, the problem is all the time.
My system is win 7 64 bit. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

@cisowian I remember have seen dozen of other topics abou the same issue, maybe one of them can help you.

Are you seeing any Opera processes in Windows task manager?

No, sometimes nothing happens when you try to start it. No opera processes start.
