Can't watch blocked Norwegian content with VPN

VPN works fine everywhere especially in Sweden but not Norway which keeps saying "Cannot view in Norway" for some reason ?

@leocg Yes most of the time though a few sites work such as the News bulletins.

I live in the UK and am trying to watch Norwegian TV as I've already said, but it only works on News channels and an occasional film. The rest of the time it's blocked saying the films I want to watch are not viewable in Norway.

@arcadian Okay, so the title of the topic and the description of the problem is wrong.

So the VPN works but since there isn't a way to choose the country, there is no way to use it to watch blocked content in a specific region.
