How transfer info to new computer

Hello. It is necessary to transfer the synchronized information from one computer to another. I use Opera synchronization, but instead of transferring information from one computer to another, I got a second synchronized device and the Express panel on the new device did not appear. What did I do wrong?

Nothing per se. Sync expects to be working with devices where you don't want everything on Speed dial on both machines. Your other device is shown in the bookmarks manager under "Other speed dials" so that if you wish you may copy the items yourself, but they are not forced to be shown on all devices.
