[Solved]VPN not work for an hour now

version of opera 64.0.3417.83, windows 8.1 is general problem or something else?

As title says, VPN doesn't work at all. I added opera to both malwarebytes and avast's exceptions, and added opera to the allowed apps list in windows firewall. I even did a fresh reinstall of the newest version - nothing works. It's not ISP censoring - other vpn services like windscribe and tunnelbear work no problem. Any help?

Disruptions to the VPN service usually affect not only Windows, but also Mac and Linux. The "Opera for computers" subforum is therefore the ideal place for operating system independent issues, I think.
