I seem to be the only person having this problem, is there I way I could get a folder with the assets of an old version and replace the new version with an old version to stop this error (error code in title) because it seems to only be the new update

@bigoofman
Use a descriptive and relevant title for new threads. Try to use at least three words in the thread title.
Be clear and concise when describing the problem. Be specific and remember to include important details, such as the exact error message or address of the site you're having trouble with.

I'll try fix the title this time.

I am also having the problem with error 0xC0000022 with the update Opera_GX_63.0.3368.57756_Setup_x64.exe on Windows 10 Pro. I have tried the suggested fixes in the link leocg provided. That did not help.
As much as I like the concept of the browser (resource management), I will re-visit the browser in 6 months or so after they get some teething problems fixed.
