How can I change opera s DEB Format in
RPM Format. Open Suse 15.1 does not.
accept opera in DEB Format.

@dingdong There's a utility called Alien that can convert from deb to rpm. But why bother? Opera is available in rpm format from https://www.opera.com/download

Why don't you use the rpm version of the package that opera provides?
There are detailed instructions on how to set up opera's repo on opensuse

While the blog posts always list all formats, the actual download page defaults to DEB format. If you dig further you can find both RPM and Snap packages linked here, but that is further than most people would dig.

I got information of alien but I could not belief that alien would
transform opera without errors in RPM. I inform you:

I already downloaded opera. I could make my choice for RPM.
