What version of Opera? What version of Windows? Is your Windows an "N" or "Enterprise" edition?

Do you mean https://www.twitch.tv/? If so, are you saying that no videos play or just certain ones? If certain ones, what's the link to one of them?

my version of Windows is the 10 pro n, my version of opera is 64.0.3417.73,
if it is https://www.twitch.tv/ but the problem is general no stream is played

@dann01jimi That's it, Windows N can't play those videos, so Opera also can't.
You need to install the media pack for Windows N. -

@dann01jimi It's a legal issue that prevents Opera from playing those videos.
