Considering you introduced Opera dark theme, it would be really nice to have this hover link bar in dark color instead of white. It is really annoying considering its difference in color. If you compare it with other browsers, this hover link bar is also a little bigger than in other browser, so I think you should perhaps consider to also reduce its size as much as possible.

It's a known issue and it's possible to fix it. But, it'll take a little work as those are native tooltips.

Why can the developers not fix the contrast in the interface? It is still pathetic. I am using Slimjet with this forum because its interface is easy to read.

They can fix it in the interface. When creating the tooltip, they'd have to add code to check which theme mode is active and then if it's dark mode, set background color and text color (see TTM_SETTIPTEXTCOLOR and TTM_SETTIPBKCOLOR).

@ijb5 No, but with the new Opera One UI being web-based, Opera might be able to do something about this more easily now.
