      MIDI is blocked in settings menu

          Under opera://settings/content/midiDevices there's a MIDI devices setting. This can be reached for a certain site by clicking the badge at the left of the address field and going to site settings.

          There's also chrome://flags/#use-winrt-midi-api.

          However, the OP will have to clarify what's wrong with those and perhaps what page is trying to use them but can't.

            I can't set anything, notifications dosn't show. Midi settings is "Security locked" for some reason. Trying to connect midi-keyboard to play multiplayerpiano.com. Old versions and other browsers are fine.

              I wonder if you have some group policies set for Chrome. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26997549/google-chrome-this-setting-is-enforced-by-your-administrator for example.

              But, also see https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+settings+security+locked+by+administrator. If you didn't set a group policy on purpose and no one else did, you might have malware on your computer.
