burnout426 Volunteer last edited byUnder opera://settings/content/midiDevicesthere's a MIDI devices setting. This can be reached for a certain site by clicking the badge at the left of the address field and going to site settings. There's also chrome://flags/#use-winrt-midi-api.However, the OP will have to clarify what's wrong with those and perhaps what page is trying to use them but can't.

burnout426 Volunteer last edited by burnout426I wonder if you have some group policies set for Chrome. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26997549/google-chrome-this-setting-is-enforced-by-your-administrator for example. But, also see https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+settings+security+locked+by+administrator. If you didn't set a group policy on purpose and no one else did, you might have malware on your computer.
