[Solved]Opera not starting

Hi,
I just created a new local (non-administrator) windows account. After setting it up I tried to start different programs. All browsers start when I am logged in (Firefox, Chrome, Brave, Edge), but Opera doesn't start at all. No message.
A Google search pointed to a file "operaprefs_default.ini" but I can't find this file, so I can't change it.
What can I do? Any help appreciated.

@titus483 Do you see any Opera process in task manager after you try starting it?

That's for an old version of Opera. That's not applicable to the current Chromium-based Opera.

Does Opera run fine as an admin though?

[SOLVED] Sorry for the delay:
After several Windows-restarts Opera is now working for the second user. I did not do any additional changes - so I don't know why it did not work from the beginning.
