there is some problem about VPN. Yellow icon and error message reporting "VNP is temporary down".

@egocentrifugato Try checking if there isn't something blocking the access to the VPN servers.

@egocentrifugato Turn off extensions, antivirus, anti-malware, firewall.
Also try checking in a different network/ISP.
