Opera overlay browser

I'm heared about the latest opera browser Opera GX. And about it's upcoming feature video overlay. I suggest that consider extending the browser as an overlay browser rather than just an video overlay. This overlay browser I mentioned is available on both steam and overwolf softwares. But we cannot download any files using those overlay browsers. I think Opera GX can be used to fill this gap and it is very much helpful browsing while gaming without interrupting gaming.

From what he said, a browser that could pop up over the game while interfering with it only minimally. He may be hoping for too much though - downloads do require bandwidth, which may degrade game play (on most networks anyway).

And the we can see that the game is running in the background without pausing.
