I am very unhappy with the product and with the form of registering into the forum ! Why I should consent to something that i dont like to give ? Why the forum forcess me to do it in order to report a bug problem ?!
My personal data is personal data and its called personal data for a reason, the choice to be mine and mine only. Im not even supposed to report the problems related to the product, its your product not mine to waste my free time into analysing the issues related to it which (shockingly) affects my work/free time too! I know that such forms of retarded questioning are a pattern in almost all forums, but this is not right to be done to the normal user. Yes it is true that we can change the option if we want (probably) and delete our accounts, but our personal data still persist in your servers. I do not consent willingly to Give my personal data. This kind of bullshit are obvious from 10 thousand kilometers, why its not changed in the way its supposed to be is still a mistery to me.Anyway, im showing two bugs with the tabs here, one is obvious, the second one is extremely old and almost equally annoying.
bug 1, once you close a tab, your browser starts dragging you to the first tab when you preview them, and yea I shut down all extrentions because one of them was making it so annoying that it just hurts (SaveFrom.net helper
Версия savefrom от 8.44
Download YouTube, Facebook, VK.com and 40+ sites in one click.) However, the extention is not the cause of the problem, it just makes the problem even worse by increasing the frequency of how often it drags you to the top of the chain and makes it impossible to navigate tru the tab, without the extention I can atleast avoid the open box in the tab and everything will be just fine as long as I keep doing this.
Second problem is obvious too, instead of the title of the song etc etc ti shows the link instead, why ? I dont know. And now why im posting this here... welp, because the bug is not fixed.

its not hijacking if the problem is the same. This is why I posted it in his topic, because its the same problem, it just revokes in different manner. I had his problem few updates ago, it got fixed by itself on the next one and now I received the one mentioned above (which as I suppose will be his problem in future updates too) Ive met another otpics just like this one where people report that they have the same problem, just like I did.

My version is 63.0.3368.71
Then, you shouldn't have the problem anymore. If you do, you might have to delete your session file. For example, you'd right-click on a tab and choose "save all tabs as a speed dial folder". Then, you'd goto the URL
opera://about
and take note of the profile path. Then, you'd close Opera and delete the "Current Session" and "Last Session" files. Then, you'd start Opera, right-click on the Speed Dial folder and choose "open all in new tabs".That might fix things. You can back up your whole profile folder first if you want (or at least the two session files you delete) and use the backups to restore if things don't work out.
Maybe there's an extension messing with things.
Doesnt fix the issue for me, just like I believe it wont fix it for him.
Tried reinstalling it, as soon as I import my session files, the browser gets buggy again. Speed dialing doesnt fix the issue too because it bugs off in the moment I start saving them as speed dialing the whole session (opera freezes) Ive met the same bug before with previous versions of opera, and usually it gets fixed by the next few updates, but its heavily annoying, it disrupts all your work with hours of delay just because of the tabs menu bar are getting moved to the start of the whole session with tabs (to the first tab). I have fixed his problem by fully reinstalling opera but saving the whole folder renamed nearby so I can import my session files right after I do the reinstallation. (saving as speed dialing was freezing again, so wasnt an option) I fould my workaround in firefox forums, where one of the users had explained how to export/import session files in great details.
I found a workaround for my current issue too, Session buddy extention lets me scroll all my tabs regardless of are they bugged or not and in this case scenario I am not getting scrolled back at the start of the session each time my mouse mouse hovers above any of the closed tabs that are still getting shown by some reason. Thats the long version of the explanation why the problem is the same.
Win7 64bit SP1 here fully updated. -

I'm not sure what you mean. Could you explain in way more detail? Are you talking about this issue https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/c43od4/thumb_this_up_to_reach_opera_employees_they_cant/? where you're using ctrl + tab to pop up the tab list where the mouse cursor is in that spot and c auses the wrong preview to show up?

Is that when you're hitting ctrl + tab too? Can you give a full link to a youtube video that does this?
