Always Allow Flash Player

When playing a general web based game, upon login, it always asks to "click to allow Adobe Flash Player" and then pops up "Allow" and I want to figure out how to always allow and not have to do this every time. I searched sites, help, forums, etc., and I can't seem to find the setting. Any help is appreciated. Thank you,

Step 1: Go to Content Settings
Open chrome://settings/content into the address bar and press enter.

Step 2: Scroll to the Flash
Tab you will find the Flash tab. Select it.

Step 3: Turn off “Block sites from running Flash.”
Once you turn off the “Check sites from Streaming Flash” button, you’ll see the point is now set to “Ask first.” From this point on, when you find a Flash plug-in, you’ll be asked if you want to activate it for that particular site.
