Save images in opera turbo

How to save images in opera turbo , i am using opera next 22,i want to save cache images .when i click on save image its starts downloading again.

That is because the cached image is recompressed; any direct reference to the image (Open image in new tab or Save image) causes the full image to be downloaded.

but when i save whole page images gets save,images are not downloaded again
