youtube window problem

Hi!
I have a problem with youtube window.Another window appears on the default window like in the picture and this window blocks me from modifying the volume or to skip the video to some minute.
I see the button "X" but if I click it the window doesn't disappear.
What should I do ?

@valicious I saw it yesterday. Closing the tab solved the problem.
