      I use Win7 x64, i instaled newest Opera (it say its with VPN) Opera_63.0.3368.71_Setup_x64. In menu is no any VPN settings. I try uninstal and instal newest version, but its still same. Menu/settings/advanced/features begin with Battery saver, in part Privacy and security also dont have any VPN.
      How to get VPN to my opera?

        @petersgcentrum Depending on where you are, the VPN may not be available.

          @leocg
          thanks for answer. Is there some list of countries where you disabled this function? How to set ”correct” country to able to use VPN? i need instal opera offline, without connect to internet. or what? But it dont make sence. isnt VPN made for better privacy and security? And then you disabled this function for some countries where big brother ask you to do that? And keed run this function only in “safe” countries? Isnt it like make icecream, or refridgerator and sell it only in NorthPole, where nobody need it at all.

            @petersgcentrum I don't know the list of countries where VPN is not available, I only know that China is one of them.

            If you edit Local State file and change country code, then maybe you could get VPN back.

              @petersgcentrum As far as I know, they disabled it for countries where VPN won't work at all because the government blocks the access to the servers
