How to get the Menu Bar back on top and visible?

I know one can click on the O on the top left corner or just hit the Alt key to get the menu bar but to me that is one step too many. Yes, some say it takes extra space but I'd rather save time than space. Is there any way of getting it back, even via a reliable, not system hungry, plugin? I don't use Brave, Chrome etc because of this problem and Opera not much either because of it--but I'd like to.

If you want a Chromium-based browser that has the menu bar as an option (Menu -> View - Horizontal Main Menu), try Vivaldi.
The way Vivaldi accomplishes its customizability though causes its user interface to be a little less snappier that Opera and Chrome etc. But, it's still nice.
