Rollback the adding of margin-top to "Press to open new tab" button
Now I can't open a new tabs if Y position of the cursor is 0 (zero).

Do Opera designers understand what they do? Or they are absolutely incompetent*? (I talk about not only this "improvement")
*The programmers are not a lot of better, they broke the download page and fix it for 5 months. And still does not fix broken (by them) History page. They can't even add options for customizing that can be the decision against that designers (to disable they interface "improvements").

Fix in Opera Developer. https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/changelog-for-65/#b3430.0. If the fix doesn't get backported to stable, you might have to wait till Opera 65 reaches stable.
