Or they are absolutely incompetent*? (I talk about not only this "improvement")

*The programmers are not a lot of better, they broke the download page and fix it for 5 months. And still does not fix broken (by them) History page. They can't even add options for customizing that can be the decision against that designers (to disable they interface "improvements").
