The first time, when I installed it (October 2018) it loaded them
But after it no longer updated them; It synchronize everything except from the passwords although the option is selected
(Chrome and Firefox do it)

The only pb is that it has been awaiting for weeks and for some of the passwords for months !!

Method : unsync Opera desktop
unsync Opera mobil
Resync Opera desktop
Resync Opera mobil
All paswords were synchrorized in the mobil
Found in other posts.
