Cant add RSS in Opera 63

It seems the Feed Reader is broken in Opera 63. Toolbar icon doesnt find any feed, while RSS Detector extension works fine.

And i cant add feeds manually in the Feed Reader screen, nothing appears.

@stranno I've tried a few ones here and everything worked fine.
