Migrate my passwords, personal data pp. to a new Opera installation ?

I'm just installing a new notebook whereon I want to use Opera again - in the past several years it has been a very useful tool to work with saved passwords, personal data etc. - is it possible to transfer these data to a new computer, whereby the old machine runs Windows 7 Professional, the new one Windows 8.1 - and how can that be done ?

I've seen in the search that this has been a topic several times but choosing posts from the search result list is not possible ?!

@bodoooops Passwords can only be migrated through sync or by exporting and then importing them in the new installation.

History, bookmarks, speed dials, some settings can be migrated with sync or by making a backup of the profile folder.
