Does it open on another browser?
First, make sure that your isp is not blocking it, like the isps here in Greece do. If it does, use a mirror for it or change your dns. -

I have checked my IP is fine but the website if blocked just because of government rules this using piracy content. Well, no worries currently I i'm using VPN to unblock the rarbg also I found the solution to unblocked rarbg. The website owner shared very valuable knowledge to unblocked these types of websites through VPN and proxy servers.Thanks
