The extension does not work properly on Facebook and Twitter. Those websites don't load when the extension is active. The only way to make them load is by disabling the extension.

For other websites, it works well.

This is not updated actually from more than 10 years.
In IT terms, especially browsers technology, it's eons.
Do Not Use This Extension: Completely Abandoned
(except for six ignored pull requests).
Licence: it includes a module that replaces all the fonts used, and one other third-party pop-up generator module, both "can be removed" (not useful anyway).
This sounds as advertising.
Another Reason For Not Using This Dead Extension.

@albertop Github is clearly not updated, they might have changed the repository. The extension says:

Last update: Dec. 3, 2021

2012 was a different "world", Disconnect would have stopped working much earlier if it hadn't been updated since.

Doesn't work at all, it's because Opera's got to be blocking it though, because I tried installing the Chrome add-on and it's the same thing, in other browsers it works just fine so..
