[Solved]Opera won't start downloading

I installed my system again and tried to download opera but it didn't work, it worked normally this morning.
When I download the setup it won't start downloading the Opera as it can be seen here https://prnt.sc/okuwvf
and it goes on like this forever. I used Opera on windows 7 before and it worked fine I don't know what's the problem, help would be appreciated, thanks. -

I tried downloading offline installer yesterday but it didn't work, now it worked.
I successfully installed Opera thanks.
