Where is the screenshot feature now?

My Opera was suddenly updated and I no longer see the snapshot feature on the vertical toolbar. I tried right clicking and looking for it in settings but it is just not there. I downloaded the 2018 version of Opera, but still to no avail. I even reset my laptop to factory settings (it had been acting a bit slow) and I just can't find it. It is my favorite feature on this browser, what happened to it? I'm confused.
Laptop is i5-8300H
16 GB RAM
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
1TB HDD
320gb SSD

It's in the "O" menu at the bottom of the second group or as control-shift-5. That said, it doesn't seem to work.
