Windows 10 Task Bar right click context menu is different on my laptop and on my desktop, Why?

Hi Guys. I have realised there is a difference in the right click context menu on the Opera icon on Windows between my laptop and my PC. My PC has an extras. It has a tasks submenu with new tab, New window and new private window? Why is this?

@tafadzwapatrick Same version of Opera? Opera was pinned to task bar the same way on both?
