site developer.android.com does not work as it should. Scrolling does not work.
Is this a common problem?

Scrolling how? Dragging the scrollbar, using a mousewheel or 2 fingers on a trackpad, arrow keys or PageUp/PageDown on the keyboard, using a touchscreen, etc.?

It looks like the page did not load to the end. Where is the endless cycle. Scroll does not appear. There are no errors in the console

Loaded fine here. Content blocking extension?

Indeed, it is blocked by the JsonViewer extension. Thanks for the advice!
