So I lost my old Flow

I recently do a pc reinstalling with formatting my hard drive, and I forgot about my flow, and also, i made reset on my phone too. So my problem is, how can i get back all of my flow, because I know, that it is being somewhere, just I don't know how can I get it. Any advice?

Not sure if it will work, but if you re-install and login with the same credentials (on your phone), will the flow come back?
Also, if you did a sync on your browser sessions, maybe the flow is also available as back-up?

@bazs17 Most probably it's gone, but try pairing your phone and computer to see what happens.

Well @leocg beacuse i did a phone reset too, I cant get it back. It makes a new flow, but I know that the device is in old flow, but when I make a flow, that will be a new flow.
Can I somehow get it with device name? or IMEI, or something like ID?

@leocg Not a solution but a suggestion:
Would be good if the flow webpages could be like in a history visible on this page (as long you did sync, this should be there too)
