Opera doesn't open any links, not even Speed Dial or Settings

Hey Guys,

Opera just doesn't open anything. There is just a white screen. I can't even look at my settings or anythings else. Opera always says "Loading...".
I've already reinstalled it and cleaned my Registry, but none of that worked. I've already found this problem in a different discussion. But that guy turned off Opera Turbo, but that also doesn't solve my problem.Can somebody help me?

To be fair, I didn't manage to replicate my problem exactly, but it was happening like you are showing for a week every day and since I turned Opera Turbo off, never.
I certainly would love to know what the problem actually is! -
