strange issue with opera and a online shopping

the problem is :

you enter to the shop with your account, and add an item to the shopping cart, then you proceed to pay and, opera calculate the shipment in a greater value than the real cost !!

the real cost is 10,71 usd and in opera it shows 24,60 why ?????
I try it with firebox and works well, I ask the support of the site and cost is correct in Firebox, and erroneous with opera, but they dont know why opera works bad.

any clue about this issue ?

@paul2019 Probably the site is sending wrong information to Opera.

What version of Opera? What OS? What are the steps top reproduce?

OS is windows 7
opera is Version:60.0.3255.151

in both browsers I do the same, login to account, search item, add item and click on checkout , next step are the screens posted

I have try this and yes, in private windows the price of the shipping is showing correctly, why? this is an browser issue?
why in firebox it dont happens ?

@paul2019 This usually means that an extension or maybe a setting is doing it. If you use any extensions, try disabling them all.
Also try resetting your configuration.

first I reseted the browser and now works well, I will add extensions one by one to check if some of them alter this.

It will be nice to find out what configuration create this issue.
