Turn off geolocation

I'm on 60.0.3255.151 and can't shut off geolocation. Whenever a site asks I get a popup asking whether I accept google's terms with choices "yes" and "not now" - no "reject" choice. Similarly, when I follow instructions I've seen online to go to the locations setting there is just an on/off switch for "ask before accessing" - no "always reject" choice. The popup is really annoying, since it comes up at seemingly random intervals. Is there any way to shut this thing off? (or do I need to go back to Chrome?)

@leocg I could be wrong, but wouldn't putting the switch on the left always accept geolocation? At very least this is not clear. It seems to me there are 3 logical alternatives: always accept, always refuse, and ask. I'd like to do the second, and am not sure how to do it.
